.....the likes of naruto,bee,sasuke,kakashi,the hyuga,orochimaru and the 4 edo hokages be caught in it as well? Will the somehow prevent it? If they get caught since out of all shinobi in the alliance if i'm right they are the most powerful will it be down to them to put an end to it?.

I think naruto bee sasuke and maybe oro would break it, naruto and be because their bijuu would wake them, sasuke because itachi taught him how to break it and oro because hes a boss lol

Sasuke and Naruto will probably be the only one's who can. An EMS user and a Perfect Jin. Bee might also manage to do it.

However, we don't really know enough about the properties of the Infinite Tsukuyomi to really say.
