If Madara see Sasuke

Sasuke's appearance resembles to Uchiha Izuna. So if Madara see him will Madara show his feelings towards Sasuke?
When Tsunade seen Naruto she remembered her brother Nawaki. Will something like that happen in the case Madara and Sasuke? or Madara still become arrogant ? I wanted to know U r opinion

i think madara took izuna's eyes on purpose
itachi told sasuke that madara did but when tobi posing as madara told sasuke that he didn't did he grabbed his arm
i used to think it had something to do with tobi being izuna or something but now since he's obito it could mean he's lying when he grabbed his arm
