If Madara opened the 8th gate, would he die?

The second Naruto Movie Bonds has kind of already explored this...The Ultimate body/Juubi Jinchuuriki body would probably allow Madara to use 8 gates without permanent damage to his body...

It would fully release the power of Madara's own base chakra(Imagine 100x the chakra he uses to create perfect Susanoo) and add that to his current Jinchuuriki form...at least speed and strength would probably be on Dbz levels

Not only would he open the 8 Gates and eliminate everyone, he'd then open the 9th gate after he attempts human transmutation on Hashirama to revive a worthy opponent, and battle homonculous hashirama with the philosopher's stone. Out of the 9th gate goku and vegeta would fly from their dimension to see what's going on. Then a 3 way battle would ensue and all of anime would blow up.
