Yeah I know it would be anticlimatic and SOSP is here for now, even if as chakra form. However If Madara played his cards well and waited for SOSP to disappear then He would do it using element of surprise. although he would have to watch out for Naruto and Sasuke.

Another reason Kishi won't do that is because he is tired of drawing manga anymore, he want his deserved rest with money he earned. Too bad, it will waste even more potential of this manga, because we have never seen full potential of DOuble Rinnegan JJ Madara, this Madara will also not absorb God Tree as he learnt from his mistakes.

I would love to see Double RG Madara who may also have Hashirama's SM in action, to see more Ninja battle with all his abilities. Hagoromo would use Ninshu and posses someone to fight Madara or split himself in other people powering them up. The first would give us Rinnegan vs Rinnegan battle which could be awesome as hell. Second would be nice show off of Hagoromo's Ninshu use. Anyway it would give Sage's some fighting feats which he deserves.

I know he won't due to plot restriction, but he could easily do that in theory. It is just Kishi will not repeat the same stuff, besides it would prolong the series even more, while Kishi want to wrap everything.
