It's possible that he will be brought back in the current edo body he is in right now, just not have unlimited chakra.

I ****ing love how NarutoBase always tries their best to find plot holes in the story BEFORE THE NEXT ****ING CHAPTER IS OUT. You can't do that! What if Kishi explains it in the next chapter, like he always does? None of you know understand how to really find a plot hole because any plothole you all find, is explained.
