Would Madara be able to use Mokuton jutsu, storm element and Sage mode? Would Madara be able to use COAT and Gudoudama?

Woud Madara have Sharingan/Rinnengan and Rinne Sharingan?

No. If madara got revived he would be the same way he died. He would have mokuton but probably not rinnegan since he seemed to lost that.

But Madara has experience in being a Juubi jin, I don't see why those jutsu would just become impossible. I don't see why Madara wouldn't have his Rinnengan, maybe Madara needs a certain chakra to keep his Rinnengan eye on.

Madara awakened the Rinne Sharingan so I don't see why Madara would just lose something Madara awakened.
