If Madara is ever going to act now is the perfect time

Right now the biju chakra from the Jubi in Obito is available outside of his body from the tug of war. Also you could say the Hachibi chakra from Bee and the Kyubi chakra from Naruto and Minato is part of this too. Part of me half expects him to come out of nowhere and use his perfect Susano sword to chop the chakra link in half but that would be pointless. Now that everyone is distracted with the tug of war as well as Naruto and Obito being distracted by talk no jutsu, Madara needs to take advantage. He could possible rip the Jubi away from Obito now and with all the chakra linked maybe even rip the Kyubi and Hachibi away too and form the complete Jubi. How would he become the Jinchuriki if he is still an edo I dot not know but now seems like a great time to make of move. If he waits Obito will either remain the all powerful Jubi jinchuriki with more confidence than ever having survived the ordeal or Naruto may somehow become the new Jubi Jinchuriki. Either way Madara would probably be out of luck. He needs to strike now and how horrifying would it be if he become the perfect Jubi jinchurike as opposed to the incomplete Jubi jinchuriki the Obito was.

Moment you realize Madara can only act once he takes control of Hashirama somehow. But I doubt we would be seeing another juubi jinchuriki. Considering that the Naruto vs Sasuke will also take a whole lot of time.

Who knows this could be sasuske chance to pull them In also. He has a hold of them with susano. I can see sasuske trying to take the chakara for himself . Ever since that line when he tried and burn the juubi.I believe we still don't know sasuske or oro true I tentions let alone madara. I feel as thought there still a lot to go on. Kakashi has to come back so. So I don't see madara making a move just yet.
