He'll realize the error of his ways on his own so it's self-tnj
Well, Nagato killed his teacher and Obito wanted to kill his best friend and look how they turned out.
There is a vast difference in morals between these 3. Obito regretted everything he has done, Nagato was weak-minded. Also, both of the two were manipulated by Madara. However, in comparison to those two, Madara seems to lack emotion. He admits to take fun in what he does, and has delayed his plan to fight someone strong. He is a sciopath who lacks guidance
If Hashirama who failed to TNJ Madara, and the Hashirama TNJ'ed Sasuke, how can Sasuke do it?
Madara is also to some degree weak-minded because he too was manipulated by BZ. We all thought the same things about Nagato and Obito as much as we do about Madara. But in the end, they changed. Madara shouldn't be changed since Hashirama failed to do so, as we've said, so that's why only a fellow Uchiha could do it. Hashirama already prepared him for it by giving him his power. I think that hinted that.
When did Black Zetsu manipulate Madara? And the Jutsu is hinted they will fight him again, not talk to him. And the tools will seal him. Looks to me like a fight instead a chat.
BZ manipulated the shinoby history. He had a monologue couple of chapters back. He was always close to Indra's tranmigrants in order to achieve his plan. When he was certain that Madara could do it, he got even closer. Hashirama said he resembled Izuna so yeah, not just fight but even a meaningful talk.
Well, Nagato killed his teacher and Obito wanted to kill his best friend and look how they turned out.
That's Black Zetsu's perspective of view. Obviously shouldn't be taken too literal and not a fact, either. As for manipulating Madara, that didn't happen. He said he understimated Madara's plan, when he was talking to Kakashi and Minato. Why would you understimate the plan of the pawn you're manipulating? It makes no sense. Thus, the term and word you're looking for, is tricking. And Madara contradicted Hashirama's thought.
Obito never wanted to kill Kakashi, he had so many chances he could have done it a long time if he wanted to. Like when Kakashi lost consciousness after stabbing Rin, why didn't he kill Kakashi and take his eye back? You can't tell me he didn't think he'd need it even though he'd decided to join Madara at that point. Yet he goes after Minato and his family, even baby Naruto with fulling intent despite his reason for sparing Kakashi being 'I don't care anymore'. Even during the battle in the war Obito had many chances, like when he Kamui'd Kakashi the first time, he was literally touching Kakashi in the abdomen, why aint he jus stab him instead? Or when he stabbed Kakashi with a giant shuriken, why'd he stab him in the leg instead of the head or chest? Or when they showed him spying on Kakashi in the past, why aint he kill him then even though he went and attacked Minato and his family soon after. It's pretty clear that Obito hated/blamed Minato (for no valid reason) and loved Kakashi (even though he is the one who stabbed Rin)
Naruto chapter 681, pages 10-12
Black Zetsu was created by Kaguya Ōtsutsuki shortly before she was sealed as the Ten-Tails by her sons, Hagoromo and Hamura. It would later tempt Hagoromo's eldest son, Indra, to go to war with his younger brother, Asura. Over the centuries, it manipulated Indra's descendants, the Uchiha clan, as well as Asura's, the Senju clan, in an attempt to awaken the Rinnegan in one of the brothers' reincarnations. To this end, it modified Hagoromo's tablet to claim that Infinite Tsukuyomi would be the Uchiha's salvation, among other things. It recorded many events in history for Kaguya, including Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju's last fight in the Valley of the End.
Naruto chapter 606, pages 13, 17
When Madara had seemingly created White Zetsu and the others, it was actually Black Zetsu pulling the transformed humans from Kaguya's Infinite Tsukuyomi out of the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. When Madara was on the verge of death, he believed he had created Black Zetsu by imbuing his will into half of White Zetsu, and that the complete Zetsu was partially his clone. Zetsu later accompanied Obito Uchiha to Amegakure to locate Nagato, who had unknowingly been given Madara's Rinnegan as a child, and watched as Obito introduced himself as Madara Uchiha.
I don't see why it shouldn't be taken as a fact. It's not his point of view if he did those things. The fact that he changed the tablet is the proof enough of Madara being manipulated.
Well, it's not about him wanting or not wanting to kill Kakashi, it's about how manipulated characters acted.
Smh...
By mentally manipulating someone, their thoughts, will would become the same as their manipulator. None of what you said are based on mentally manipulating someone, but based on trickery.
Chapter 657 - "You understimated Madara's plan, EVEN I DID" - Black Zetsu
BZ couldn't manipulate everything. It's obvious that once Madara fell for the main trick (which is the tablet) that he'd have plans on his own to achieve the goal from the tablet. But the goal from the tablet was Black Zetsu's idea and plan. Madara followed it tot his day.
