Kaguya has sent everyone to her dimension. There is no way out. Since Kaguya is the Ten Tails, if Madz comes back, he'll be Pre-Juubi double Rinnegan Madara (w/third eye). Once they defeat Kaguya, he might use his third eye to send them to the real world, which costs immense chakra. Seeing how he will be at low chakra, he will sacrifice himself to do so.

Or... He doesn't come back and Kaguya sends them back there somehow.
