Clearly Kushina has much more similarities with Hinata than with Sakura.

So obviously Kushina would prefer the Dime of NV, "The Byakugan Princess" Hinata over Sakura.

At the end of the day though it'd be up to Naruto and Kushina as a mother would be happy for him regardless.
