If Kurama Was Removed?

I've noticed that despite the one tails being removed, Gaara is still incredibly powerful and still has essentially the same jutsu and level of power. Naruto is strong, no doubt. However, it seems his ace-in-the-hole techniques rely on Kurama. If the 9-tails was removed, where would Naruto stand as a shinobi? Would he overcome the way Gaara has?

Without Kurama Naruto has sage mode, rasengan, summoning, rasen shuriken, shadow clones and prolonged life because of his genes also he has chakra levels that I think Kakashi said were 4x greater than his own.

Sage mode is a valid point, and he would likely be better at it because he wouldn't have to balance three sources of chakra. However, I'm not questioning whether he'll still be powerful, but whether he'll stand up to what he could have been with Kurama.

Naruto would definitely overcome that. He would have huge amounts of chakra to use. When naruto was learning to combine wind chakra with his rasengan, kakashi said that naruto had around 3 time as much chakra as him. He also said that naruto would have around 100 times more chakra if he didn't have to suppress kurama's chakra

his chakra level would increase since he doesnt have to suppress kurama and his sage mode would be able to balance more chakra since his chakras arnt so disturbed but he is still stronger with kurama

Removing Kurama to Naruto is like removing the weights both Gai and Lee has... Since Gai and Lee's full potential is suppressed because of the weights, now remove it, then it's crazy.

Sage mode requires you have a large amount of chakra, and since he's from the Uzamaki Clan it garantee's that he's born with fairly large chakra. And even if the Nine Tails was removed he'd still have large chakra but he'd have to fight smarter. And not summon so many Shadow Clones, and use justu recklesses or he'd die but he'd still become a great ninja ^_^

There's a difference between the two.

The Ichibi was sealed into Gaara as a whole entity, while only a fractrion of the Kyuubi chakra was sealed into Naruto. And there's a good reason behind which I will discuss later.

Aside from Naruto and perhaps also Gaara, the rest of the Jinchuriki received their respective tailed beast when they reached the right age just like Killer Bee.

Going back to my first paragraph, the reason why Minato sealed only a fraction of Kyuubi chakra into Naruto, because the full power of the Kyuubi chakra would tear apart baby Naruto. Plus Minato's Eight Trigrams Sealing Style prevented the Kyuubi from dominating kid Naruto.

The only draw back was, kid Naruto became dependent to the Kyuubi chakra in overcoming great adversities. Also, the Kyuubi fed on Naruto's desperation for greatness.

Don't forget that with or without Kurama, Naruto is still considered just as strong as the Sannins now since he has Sage mode.
