If it was short, less than 100 chapters, and the reader could hear his internal dialogue, then yes.
Otherwise, probably not.

Nope. There are so many other characters that could have spin-offs. Besides, Sasuke has that gag manga now.

I'd rather see more of the other villages or side characters. Personally, I want a sand siblings spin-off.

I think Kishi or his assistants could make a spin-off of anyone set between Part 1 and Part 2 if they wanted, there's a lot that could have happened there.
