No way in hell.
If Madara won it would just be so horrible. And not on a moral standpoint, because I don't like the 'pure guys always win' standpoint, but just on a storytelling part. All this foreshadowing and stuff and stuff and stuff would be for nothing. About 5 arcs in the manga would have been for naught if Madara won.
My point is, allowing Madara to win is not something that can just be decided. If that happened, Naruto would actually be worse in my opinion. Unfortunately, as he's all but said, Kishi planned the good guys win approach since he first penned Naruto's idea in his head, and an arc that changes this story so drastically is not one of those spontaneous decisions that can be made.
