If Kishi had his way, Naruto would have been a 1000 times better.

Not saying it isn't the best anyway, because it clearly is.

But Kishi has often expressed how the executives at shonen pushed him to work faster on his story, so they could keep releasing chapters every week.

That is such bullshit!

Kishi has said this before, that if it was all up to him and he was his own boss, he would have taken his time with the story.

That he wasn't able to fully portray his story the right way because of deadlines.

That is the sad truth.

But, in any case, nothing will ever compare to Naruto for me, no other manga, movie or book. Cuz Naruto isn't just about fights or finding out the plot for me.

I'm just saying, if I was in charge, I would have let Kishi take all the breaks he wanted, I would have let him have total control over the anime.

I would have let Kishi run his story, HIS WAY!

Because the author of the greatest story in the world deserves that right!

Who agrees?

It is already better. o_O. Kishimoto can just a F*ck you and leave.. and then they loose their main attraction.. o_O. Kishimoto can also just go to another publication source and make them money..

Just because you fans don't like that he hasn't given yall fan service .. doesn't mean the story is bad. Maybe you should've just liked one of the characters that was actually important...

In the end its the fans.... not the editors not Kishi.. just the fans.

I agree that he should have been given the time he needed, although I am rather impatient.

I disagree with Naruto being the best though. Maybe if Kishi was able to do the story the way he wanted, I might have agreed with you, but now I guess we will never know.

While I disagree that it's "clearly the best", I will say I agree with the premise of the thread.

You have a gift for taking everything out of context! I'm just curious, were you hit on the head a lot as a child? Cuz there is clearly a reason why you're this dumb.

THESE ARE KISHI'S OWN THOUGHTS YOU NUMBSKULL!

He has said in the past how deadlines didn't let him fully portray Naruto in the best way possible. That is a bit disappointing.

But Naruto is a masterpiece anyway so it's not that big of a deal.

Did you read his post? Not once did he say that he thought the manga was bad, he was merely implying that it could be better if Kishi was allowed to do things his way. The OP even said Kishi has the greatest story. And liking characters based off of level of importance? Sounds like a bandwagon fan to me Lol

OT: Completely agree. I feel like Kishi didn't get to develop characters the way he could have or would have liked to. Some things in the manga feel rushed as well so it makes you wonder what if Kishi didn't have any deadlines. Chance are we'd get a better story simply because the author wouldn't have any pressure.

Just imagine if he was given a month to do as many chapters as he wanted to. At the end of the month he'd release like 3-6 and the next would be like 2-5 then a month off but the following would be like 10-15. Just would be an interesting way to do things instead of one chapter a week with occasional weeks off.

WSJ is the biggest manga publisher in Japan, so I'm guessing Kishi wants to stick with them
One piece is WSJ's main attraction, not Naruto. You can tell by the sales over the past decade.

OT- This doesn't only go for Kishimoto though. Oda (write of One Piece) sleeps 3 hours per day to write his manga, Toryiama (DBZ) once didn't sleep three days to reach his deadline. It's normal for mangakas to work so much

If you're looking for a new Anime after Naruto, try Death Note. It's amazing.

I've seen all the best animes including deathnote. I agree that it was amazing, but no where near Naruto. And I refuse to watch one piece, everything about it seems ridiculous.

Your pissed off at me, yet i didn't say a word about you.. nice to know, how smart you are.

Kishi's own thoughts.. and i shared mines, so what is the problem?

I agree. 'Specially in regards to Shippuden - I would think Kishimoto would have gave K11 and Taka a lot more quality screen time and had made the War a lot better had he not been rushed. Looking at Masashi's older work, the War isn't like him [in terms of story at its core] so it's clear he's being rushed. Naruto's one of my favorite, not one of the best imo. ^.^
