Yeah he does, but everyday a writer adds tweaks to his story which is what makes it original or a trademark.

No not really, I agree with "most manga writers write and draw there mangas based on what happened into comparision to other manga series" to a certain extent. But that's just what he uses to build or contribute to his idea. Somewhere along the story kishi adds tweaks here and their from things which inspire him apart from "other mangas" like life experiences, how hes feeling etc.... What I'm saying is that if he passes away, the story just won't feel as genuine or authentic as kishi writing it in person.
