If Kimmimaru had never got an illness and Orochimaru got his body do you think anyone could stop him? Not including the Edo version of anybody.

It will be pretty hard to stop, but considering the power scale nowadays it won't be a problem if a top tier shinobi wanna deal with him via seal, tsukuyomi, or just TBB in general.

oro is already boarder-line indestructible with a regular body, add in the kaguya kg and physical attacks would means nothing to him, only genjutsu/very high ranking ninjutsu could do damage at that point

Kimimaro would have been a lot stronger, although it doesn't look like it held him back to the same extent that Itachi's illness did which was noticeably affecting his performance in battle with Sasuke.
