Kakashi wouldn't be much different than now. The only real difference it would have made would in his early days when using the sharingan put him in bed for a week.

Wrong in so many ways. If he was an Uchiha he would then have the same powerful chakra as the rest of them. Remember he is noted to be the best in his generation. He would have unlocked ms alot sooner then he did. His attitude would still be the same. If Kakashi was an Uchiha then his father would have to be one too. Sakumo was noted to be on par with the sannin, imagin if you gave him sharigan as well. I don't think Itachi would have been able to kill him. As a matter of speaking he would have been Itachis place, and I don't think Danzo would have tricked him into killing his whole entire clan.

Lets insert the Uchiha blood into Kakashi's life.

He would've been much stronger, Kakashi's greatest weakness is his lack of chakra, but people from the Uchiha clan are noted to have great chakra, so there goes that. Obito's death, who Kakashi probably thinks of as his best friend, would have given Kakashi his Mangekyou. That would make Kakashi likely on par with Itachi, maybe a little bit stronger as Kakashi was said to be strong with the Sharingan even though he wasn't an Uchiha.
