For 2 deniable facts:

1. They would have nothing to defeat obito (they need kakashi)

2. Kakashi is a genius, his only problem is low stamina, but if kabuto revived him, he would have infinite chakra, and kakashi with a lot of chakra =massive destruction (plus kamui'ing all he wants)

You're right about the Obito point if Kakashi(as well as Guy) weren't there Naruto and Bee would be long gone. An edo Kakashi would be very dangerous, he's someone who would benefit most out of edo tensei.

truly, we cant say 100% that kakashi staying dead would lose the war. For all we know, naruto may have taken his sharingan and implanted it himself. Or maybe danzo would take it(which he couldve then likely taken out sasuke). There is nothing to say that kakashis sharingan, would not get a new user.

I would say a more accurate statement. If kakashi didnt have the ms, then the war might have been lost.


It is still possible, that naruto couldve still beaten obito(like minato did), but it would be unlikely.

I agree that kakashi has played a very key role in this war.

There was nothing he could do for Naruto. He had no way to suppress the 9 tails if it were to flair up during training, like it tried to do when he was helping him learn his Rasenshuriken. Where as people like Jiraiya and Yamato hold the abilities to suppress the 9 tails. If it wasn't for Jiraiya giving Kakashi the seal/tag to slap on to Naruto during the fight with Deidara, they'd all be dead. Jiraiya even confirmed in part 1 that while Kakashi was the best choice of the jounin to look over Naruto, he wasn't capable of protecting/training him. It's why Jiraiya took over.

When given a person to suppress the 9 tails, he helped develop Naruto's most powerful technique(not counting TBB). Kinda silly to slight him for something he had no control over.
