If Kakashi used KAMUI on Danzo, and Danzo uses izanagi... ?

To be honest, Danzo and Kakashi are both fodder, but thats just me.

OT - If Izanagi is active before Kakashi uses Kamui, Kamui does nothing. If Kamui is done first then Izanagi is activated, nothing happens. Depends on timing.

Only if he uses Izanagi before he gets warped into Kamui.
But once you enter Kamui you can never leave.

The title should've been "if Obito...", and not Kakashi, because Obito is using Kamui to travel through the dimensions. Izanagi would surely work for Danzo against Kakashi's Kamui, because he's just sending some parts of the body to the other dimension, like he did with Deidara's hands, when he couldn't rip off his head. It will be like a physical injury for Danzo, so the Izanagi would work for sure.
