No I don't think so, if he took both his eyes he'd be running around blind when not fighting. It also damn near kills him each time he uses Kamui. I doubt he'd even take just the rinnegan because his body wouldn't be able to handle it.

The only way the two eyes will be united is if Kakashi and Obito fight as a tag team. In a twist, it is possible that Obito kills Kakashi and takes the eye, but with the Rinnegan, he really doesnt need it.
