No. If you have any basic knowledge on reproduction among living things, you'll know that only the genetic code that makes Kakashi will be passed on. The Sharingan is the result of Uchiha Blood and Kakashi has none, so his child won't have the Sharingan.. well unless he had his child with a female Uchiha.
