Kakashi was prepared to kill Sasuke @ the GKS. I'm positive he would've killed Sasuke at the reunion, I'm actually 100% positive, Kakashi isn't a soft ass dude when it comes to handling business.

Orochimaru isn't regenerating from a Kamui to the head, and it's near impossible to miss a Kamui in CQC range.

Kakashi was prepared to Kill Sasuke after he said that he will destroy Konoha, something that hebi Sasuke wasn't planning to do, so I belive Kakashi's course of action would be whooping Sasuke's ass the old fashioned way, which would be difficult considering that they had zero Intel in Sasuke's abilities at the time.

As for Orochimaru, yeah that would diff kill him but keep in mind that at that time Kakashi wasn't experienced with Kamui, even Deidara was able to move out of the way to survive, so I can see Orochimaru getting away with his life.

@Bold. Yes, be remember Deidara wasn't in CQC range, he was on his bird, flying. Up close & personal is a sure thing. Kamui won't miss in a short range.
