Kakashi is protected by plot shield because he already almost died once

he died by plot ,he didn't used kamui on pain directly from the start
most people who fought kakashi(kakazu,deva path) was protected by plot,because kishi made kakashi without kamui's attack in this fights

I concur. Kishi used Kakashi as a plot device simply because if Kakashi were to fight any foe seriously, he'd win in a matter of seconds.

kakashi is too OP to fight for real.
