The answer is yes, since sasuke has great skill with chakra manipulation.

The most logical thing to copy would aslo be shadow clones. Its just one hand sign...

Maybe he could copy the clones (although he couldn't use as many as Naruto), but not the rasengan, he's have to actually learn them, because the sharingan works by copying hand signs.

Rasengan can't be copied.

Reason:Sharingan can see Chakra but can't copy it! (if it could then....... O_O) and Rasengan is just change in chakra form.

If Sasuke wants to learn/master this technique than he'll have to practice it. 'coz rasengan is pure chakra and is acquired by changing the chakra form and u know that the Sharingan is unable to copy chakra. So, it means that Kakashi Hatake learned it by practicing and not by copying.
Well, Sasuke has his Chidori and it suits him better.

Sorry, should have been more specific, it copies hand signs to copy jutsu. I didn't say Sasuke is incapable of the shape manipulation but he would have to learn it the normal way, he couldn't just copy it by looking at it.

Sasuke has already stole enough powers. Now Sasuke doesn't need to copy Naruto's rasengan. It will hurt his ego.

Can't remember any place where Kakashi says that Minato teached him the jutsu. But in the anime Kakashi says that he copied the jutsu from Minato...

Kakashi was taught by Minato on Rasengan, he did not copy it. Chidori was developed because, Kakashi can't combine his nature to Rasengan, and Chidori was developed before Kakashi gained Sharingan.

Sharingan can't copy Rasengan. Sharingan only copies body movements, it can copy hand seals but not chakra manipulation. Rasengan is the highest form of shape transformation. It composes three levels of control, rotation, power, and balance. To do all three would require hard training, it's not as siple as chakra flow or jutsus with hand seals.

Sasuke can learn it though, if someone teaches it to him and train it.
