If Madara really is immortal, then yes. Kaguya is immortal, so yes, she would too.

They should be from all the countless times Madara and Kaguya stated they were Immortal, I guess they regen like an edo tensei but instead of paper/dust it's Chakra like how Kaguya was revived.
