-are the Juubi and kaguya 2 separete beings?? (i believe they are)..


-how are Juubi and kaguya related??


-will hagoromo use the same seal to seal kaguya and unfree the 9 tailed beasts??...


and most importantly WHO WILL CONSUME THE HOLLY APPLE??!!

He isn't--but he doesn't want the enemy to succeed.
Betrayal would be seen a mile away--and I don't think Naruto or Sasuke in their current form would have difficulty stopping him.

IMO Shinju will absorb all chakra including Bijuu, That's mean Juubi that create from half part of Kaguya and half part of Shinju will cease to exist after Shinju gather back all of it chakra.

But it can happen only if Naruto or someone are able to separate Shinju from Kaguya before they sealed Kaguya. Or else if they don't separate them, the cycle will keep continue if Kaguya/Juubi is been release again.

Well "unfree" is not a word and if it was, I don't even think you used it right. But yeah the remaining bijuu chakra will probably be extracted after she's sealed.

There is no such think as "the holly apple", if you mean the Shinju Fruit, there probably isn't going to be one as it appears every 1000 years.

Don't know. I do know the tree was resurrected for probably less than an hour and now it's gone, so...

Also the fruit contained all the chakra in the world. Most of which is in Kaguya right now.
