A lot of the kages are already at jinchuuriki level strength. If you give them actual kyuubi chakra in addition to that they would be simply un****ing believable. Super Jinton + Super Sand Tsunami + Super Lariat + Super Lava/Acid + Super Heavenly Kick of Pain will annihilate the opponents.

What I don't get is why Naruto isn't powering up the jounins, Hiashi, Kakashi, Gai, Darui, and Kitsuchi. Those guys would be in rape mode with the kyuubi chakra and their abilities.
