so maybe if he breaks out and is like how about obito and madara use their own power instead of relying on Hashi's
and manages to use the poison on them what will happen?
will madara stop using mokuton or will it also make him not able to use the rinnegan anymore, because in order for him to have the rinnegan he had to use hashi's dna?

The rinnegan is already in his eye sockets so i doubt it would turn off but his mokuton would indeed be ineffective i totally forgot about the poison he concocted and yes it is safe to say it was a foreshadowing of him getting out i personally believed he was never going to die as soon as the chapter came out and explained what izanami was.I immediately thought to myself well if kishi is going to go through this elaborate scheme to incapacitate kabuto when he could of opted to kill him to end this fight i came to the conclusion he was not meant to die and the panel you provided only backs this up if not what was the point of showing this random ninja. + rep

And to those who might say they could not kill him.Kishi is the creator he could of decided to seal him or made up some convoluted idea to for itachi and sasuke to get the information then kill him but to implement a genjustu that forces him to have a revelation or epiphany if you will then yeah its safe to assume he would not die anytime soon

thats not the pre requisite. hes exactly like itaci in the past who didnt absorb others IIRC. to break out he has to realise hes fallible and not unbeatable. acknowledge who he truly is.

I'd say it would restrict the Mokuton, but it wouldn't restrict the Rinnegan as the prerequisite for the Rinnegan is Senju DNA, not necessarily Mokuton itself.
