If Kabuto was Sasori's spy

Then, how come it was Orochimaru the one who found Kabuto first?

I thought Kabuto was a double spy. Only pretending to be Sasori's spy, while he was Oros spy all along.

Oro saved kid Kabuto, Oro sent teen Kabuto to meet Sasori and have it appear coincidental so Sasori would use Kabuto to spy on Oro who just left Akatsuki, Kabuto then fed misinformation to Sasori. Kabuto was always working with/for Oro.
