They would have the Tailed Beast (Bijuu) extracted from them. It is unknown if they will posses the same power they once had as a Jinchuuriki.

The Jinchuuriki is the person used as a container...they are revived without Bijuu, but apparently retain some of it's chakra (Gaara extracting Shukaku from Obito is my reasoning for this)
