Title. Although I could be wrong and it was just Madara hyping himself up, with regenerative powers like that it's highly likely there's an extended lifespan/ aging stops. Why do you think hagoromo died of natural causes then?

He extracted the Juubi which meant Hagoromo was'nt a Juubi Jin anymore.

It's not that he extracted the Bijuu out of himself, it's that he did not absorb the Shinju which grants immortality.

Immortality in the sense of not being able to die during battle, due to regeneration.

You can still die of old age. If he wants eternal life he needs to gather the dragon balls.

How do we know he absorbed it?

Isn't it a given being that it's one with the juubi for most of the series and there's myths talking about a god tree. But no massive tree seen anywhere in the series until obito unleashes it.

So if it's one with the Juubi, why did Madara say ''you almost killed me'' to Gai's Night Guy attack, and after absorbing the Shinju says ''I'm immortal. I will live forever''? Why did Kaguya say ''I'm immortal'' and she is merged with the Shinju? Because Juubi and Shinju are different beings.

Because Madara absorbed a different Juubi and not the original which came from the Shinju.

A Juubi Jin who lacks the Shinju is not immortal.

Madara and Kaguya are immortal.

Hagoromo wasn't immortal but he could've achieved it if he wanted to.

People saying he extracted the biijuus... He did all that because he was getting old and was going to die.

No jinchuriki is immortal, maybe except Kaguya.

Yes he was immortal in sense no attack could kill him. Well We have seen Juubi Jinchurki being lethaly damaged, but thanks to insane instant regeneration Killing them is nigh impossible.

The poison, sneaky tactics nothing work against him

However it seems it can not stop agging process..., it seems this is main difference between power granted by Juubi and by Forbidden fruit. Kaguya seems like she didn't become older unless the agging affect her as well but it is really slowed down like to get older 1 year it has to pass 1000 years. lol

If you can regenerate from getting cut in half

You can bypass old age
