Oro goes for Neji since he likes talent and genius, or maybe Lee since kid does not have nin-genjutsu but mastered a kinjutsu and Oro may have fun with improving him.
Jiraiya goes for Lee, he already said he likes challenges to overcome regarding to training when he was talking about Naruto. Also he said something like "shinobi is about how he/she never gives up, not the number of techs he/she know".
Tsunade for Neji, he had good chakra control, talent, intelligence and good eyes. Could be a neat medic, also both have taijutsu orientation. Or Tenten, she wanted to be strong like Tsunade.
