The leaf would have been eradicated because if Jiraiya never died no SM for Naruto which means pain still come to Konoha which mean he blows up Konoha. Which means Jiraiya rights him again since he have SM only which mean dead Jiraiya instead of injured Jiraiya.

Jiraiya lives = world peace.
Pain can not do as what he wished and he is pretty dead in next time since the manga already proved that if Pain didnt kept the secret and ambushed Jiraiya, he would've been dead.
Jiraiya fodderlized Konan with his hair while Konan almost kill Obito, so there wont be Obito to move freely as he would...

Kisame and Itachi would've running away again and for the rest of their lives...
