If Itachi was healthy and took Sasuke Sharingan back in the fight and obtain EMS, do you think he would have owned Madara before Kyougya took over, or even Obito before Madara took over?

I feel that Kishi made Itachi a little too perfect and so that he had to die otherwise he would have most likely just solo'd the war, same with Nagoto as well.

Yes I believe itachi had insane amounts of potential. If he truly was the evil psychopath we thought he was and actually took sasuke's eyes i have no doubt that he could've surpassed madara. But its because of his sacrifice and his selfless heroic nature that he is my favorite character.

1. Itachi would need EMS to be "healthy."

2. No, he wouldn't have. Sasuke was always destined to surpass Itachi.

3. Itachi is placed under Obito and around Jiraiya by Kishimoto.

4. Nagato would not have either.
