If Itachi had taken Sasuke's eyes

With Sasuke's power, Itachi could neg-diff Jesus.

And essentially replaced the Sasuke in the storyline (given same powers, rinnegan PS, etc). He would be the scariest beast out there, his minds with those kind of powers! Holy ****, OP some?

He would still be good and a pacifist so he would only use genjutsu on people and if they can handle genjutsu then he'll fight like he use to do. Also if he took Sasuke's eyes he would still have his disease and still be dying. Plus if he replaced Sasuke then he wouldn't be Itachi meaning he wouldn't have the same mind as Itachi but more of Sasuke's, he also wouldn't have his Totsuka blade or Yata mirror since a Itachi found that on the path he took but if he replace Sasuke then he wouldn't have taken that path and he wouldn't have KA from Shisui since he would have to be Sasuke's age to replace him or he wouldn't be Indra's reincarnation and that means no Rinnegan or Sage power since Naruto would get both the Yin and Yang power.

Itachi would be different if you change him, he wouldn't have the same calculating mind that he had as a calm and wise person, he would be consumed by hatred like MS Sasuke and Shisui influenced Itachi a lot so changing things only degrade the character in some areas or cause him to change his fighting style. If he wasn't a pacifist and wasn't sick then he wouldn't specialist in genjutsu so his skills would be lower in that since genjutsu allowed Itachi to finish his fights without going all out physically and push himself with his disease that's killing him.
