If Itachi and Nagato never met Bee and Naruto

If these two teams never met how do you think the war would end? SInce there would be no need for Kabuto to summon Madara and the ET wouldnt be stopped. Would these two be enough to take down Tobi and do even more damage than Madara?
I sure as hell think so!
Actually now thinking about it, I think it would have made for a better story.
