Really we don't know. Does Indra's chakra only go to Uchiha? Would if have to be someone born after Sasuke? If yes to both then no one. If it just had to be someone younger than Sasuke then it would probably be a random person because there are very few people in the manga that get any panel time younger than Sasuke/Naruto and their class.
