If Obito was alive all this time why didn't he get back his eye from Kakashi? Wouldn't Obito want his eye back since his is the only one to control it better? He could have it for a just in case eye. Or is it better for him to have the Rinnegan?

But also when he just had a normal Sharingan there, I think using random 3 tomoe Sharingan's on Izanagi is better than having a long range Kamui. So why bother taking it back?
