i think it still works.. which means she can control the shadow clone... just as genjutsu ,genjutsu still work on a SC but its didnt inflict any damage to the SC and even the original user as done by kakashi with itachi's genjutsu..

well... the user just dispel the SC jutsu, she'll return back to her body... plus its a very stupid move to use mind transfer against a SC user..

There would be 1 of 2 things

1 She goes back to her body.

or

2 She goes to narutos main body(as experiance transfers, her mind may transfer with it. This would only work on a clone that can give experiance though(such as kage bushin)
