Does that mean that Uryu (If he is a spy) won't be able to as well? Yhwach did say that Uryu had something that would make him be able to equal or maybe even surpass the powers Yhwach has. The most common theory floating around is that Ichigo's spiritual pressure will become so overwhelming that he won't be able to see his friends anymore. If Uryu even accounts to around 3/4 of Yhwach's power then won't the same situation occur with him?

Just a thought I came up with, I apologise if it is a really obvious answer, I only got to know Bleach through the latest arcs.

Well don't the Quincy's use the spiritual power outside of their bodies? I've never heard of any of them having any spiritual pressure of note since they just gather what is around them.

I think yes. .quincies also emit reaitsu. .ichigo was able to recognize uryuu's reaitsu in the beginning when his powers were lesser than that of uryuu's. . by that logic even quincies reaitsu is recognizable and anyone who has knowledge of reaitsu will be able to sense the presence of that person imo . .
