He doesn't care- Madara is back raising havoc, and like most people who care for the welfare of the people they want to protect, going to jump in even if it means their own demise.

Edo Madara will fodderize Tobirama with all his feats., but it doesn't hurt to try. If i was Tobirama i would rush to the battle field too.
