If I could I would change the following things in Naruto the series and Naruto Shippu

Sasuke would keep sage transformation. Uchihas would not go blind and I mean never. Obito would be stronger and his arm would be cladded in chakra receivers. Chairs receivers would be hard as hell to where no one could break them or even touch them. Atasuki members would all be immortal. Kimmimaro would not die. Orochimaru would be a sage and tsunade as well. Sasuke would have DNA from the demonic statue given to him by his father. Sasuke and madara would have their own eyes. Orochimaru's experiment, the guy with three eyes, he would never exist. Sasuke and Karin would have a baby. Sakura and sai would have a child. Kaguya would not be an alien. The sharingan could repel things like kaguyas byakugan did. The byakugan does not have a blind spot. The sound four would be alive. Sasuke can manipulate his susanoo like madara did and it would be more impenetrable especially from gaaras sand.

So basically more Uchiha wank....then you should change the title of the manga to Uchiha. Because you mentioned nothing about the manga's actual protagonist and only mentioned making the Uchiha invincible more or less.
