I think OP is just assuming what would happen if Hamura chakra from Hinata with her enhanced lion move hit sasuke, if such a technique did hit him would ot shut his chakra down.

I don't think anyone is dumb enough to think Hinata can actually take Sasuke under static conditions because she gets tossed on her neck with the lowest difficulty since Itachi vs Orochimaru

Which one was it? And I already mentioned all that in my post hence "deflecting those with tenseigan" moreover able to "fight". Unless you mean tenseigan machine then I already mentioned that. Or the place where everyone went into genjutsu when they fell inside some pit. If the latter then Naruto should be broken out of it because he's a jin. Unless Kurama was also under genjutsu. Nevertheless if it is Sakura seemed to be the first one to awaken if you meant that area.

Hamura's chakra isn't immune it's resistant to most effects. Otherwise, Hinata would've just broken out of that Tenseigan cage. Saying Hamura's chakra makes someone immune to tenseigan effects is the equivalent of saying Hagoromo's chakra makes someone immune to Rinnegan effects

I was speaking of the chamber. Literallt noone can go near it, touch it, or destroy it without Hamuras chakra.

Maybe in the hands of experienced fighters. In my opinion Sasuke would neg Naruto 10x over if he had tensigan. The same if Naruto had it.

People underestimate tensigan. It basically has a faster, more potent and larger ranged preta path.

A moon busting attack
A earth busting attack that cannot be destroyed
Gravity powers.
Ability to control people and cast himself using the monn.
