If Sakura were not alive, propably her parents, Sarada grandparents will take care of her. If all Sarada relatives were dead, so propably Naruto and Hinata would adopt her. And Karin is an option, but would be so odd her being raised in Orochimaru hideout, i cant see Naruto being aware of Sarada's existence, let it happen.

Ino is so random, the only scenario I can see she raising Sarada is if Naruto, or Karin are dead. She was Sakura's friend when they were kids, but nowadays she don't have any deep attachment to Naruto's and Sakura's family besides being cordial and polite.

Ino is not random, she is still Sakura's best friend, and she lives in konoha unlike Karin who lives in Oro's hideout.

People are forgetting the most obvious choice, which is Shizune, she already supports them and is very close to Sakura and Sarada.
