If Hidan wasn't so stupid and slow(but still my man), how dangerous would he be?

Hidan is easily my man in the series, he makes me all the time.
What would he be capable of if he could increase his abilities?
Think about it. If hidan was somehow able to increase his speed and intelligence, and if he wasn't so arrogant, speed to maybe sasukes level, etc. and his intelligence to itachi, minato, or tobi's level, how much of a threat would he be?
Alone? Alongside Kakuzu?

I would put hidan in my top10 if he had a s/t tech like ftg.

Not only would he be able to get blood alot easier, he can teleport to a totally different location or a near by location and perform his ritual and thats it, his opponent is dead

were not saying hes weak, or that he doesnt have good abilities. hes just too arrogant to use them properly. hes not that smart, but not stupid.
unless youre shikamaru (and family/counterpart), and you can figure out what his abilities/weakness are, then he is seriously dangerous.
