If Hidan got a hold of Kimimaros blood and successfully did his ritual, what would happen if Kimimaro protrudes bones from himself?

Would Hidan take damage?

Would bones protrude from his body as well?

If Kimimaro rips his spine out while Hidans spine be removed as well?

Nothing would happen. The ritual was design that whatever pain inflicts on Hidan, the exact same would be done to attacker.

I.e. If Hidan successfully did the ritual, and Kimimaro fired Digital Shrapnels at his chest, Kimimaro would suffer damage in the chest as well.
