Orochimaru was heavily restricted, So Sasori would've won.
He lacks the means to defeat Sasori without his arms, not that it would make much of a different , Orochimaru is just summoning jutsu, he doesn't have the brutes to defeat Sasori's pupet.

Kabuto is non factor?i ht has been said that he was equel to Kakashi...

I would call Kabuto a non factor when it's about an opponent with no nervous system he can **** up and no real body he can actually do something to.

Yup he may cant hurt Sasori Main puppet but he will be good at killing this fodder puppets also he is smart medic he will be useful for Oro in other aspects too no?
