That's not how it works, yes Hashirama has a healing factor but he is not a medic not to mention Kabuto's poison is specified to effect Hashirama's Makuton.

Also theres some medics who healed poison by chakra only

When naruto turned kyubi and burned his flesh

It said that the injury from kyubi works as poison yet sakura healed it with medical jutsu without making the same surgery as with kankuro
