For a Senju to host the Juubi they need Uchiha DNA,the same as the Uchiha needed Senju DNA. Both Madara and Obito had Senju DNA to handle the Juubi power. The White Zetsu’s part that Obito had in Him is made of Senju DNA. Senju and Uchiha DNA alone is not enough to get the job done.
