If Hagoromo eyes not Mutated he also born with Byakugan?

This. Possibally because as Hamura awaken his Byakugan into Tenseigan Hagoromo also awaken his Byakugan into Rinnegan. Remember Byakugan is the Otsutsuki clan real Doujutsu which all clansman born with it.

Rinnegan naturally comes from Sharingan. Its a fact from manga. He was born with sharingan. Its stupid to say Rinnegan comes from byakugan.

Hago is not just any Oktsutsuki. He had Rinnegan which comes from sharingan. Its natural. Even his mother 3rd eye was a sharingan Hago said this. Its ni suprise if he was born with one.

Yea it seems to be that way. All we know is that Kaguya got Rinne Sharingan from eating the fruit. She could have passed it to Hago like byakugan went to Hamura
